Multiple Ticket Contacts
It would be nice to be able to add multiple contacts to a ticket, even just a manual cc. Sometimes I like the owner/manager to know what the staff is requesting.
You can now added additional email addresses to a ticket.

is this only possible when you initially setup the ticket? Or can you CC someone after the fact? Example i set up and assign the ticket to an employee and one of the companies I work for. when the job is complete I like the boss to know they were taken care of but the boss doesn't need to see every comment during the process.. How can i add them to the final ticket update?
