Technician report
Hi Troy.
Repairshopr specially for whoever involving on repair and service business,
so Technician report is important on this. we need to get sales report by technicians. by daily,weekly monthly we need to take report of every technician.
How many tickets resolved,cancelled,not repaired and details.
We have a new technician report live now. You can find it in Admin > Reports > Employees > Performance.

The Tickets Time Tracking report is working good for us. I have to copy and paste it out to excel to get a total though. Would be really cool if the totals for each technician shows in total hours below the list.

Hi Robert, Thank you for your report. it seems though that only admins can access this section, we'd actually like our techs to be able to run those reports.

Hi Guys, Just wondered if our Technicians (Categorised as such in Repairshopr) may be able to run their own reports.
The key report we'd like our techs to be able to run is the 'Tech hours Report' - We push our staff to hit a certain number of billable hours each week and we'd find it handy if they could run their own reports.
Is that possible?

I would love to see better tech reporting. We resolve around 600 tickets per month with one location and I need to see who is resolving the tickets.

I definitely 2nd this! In depth reports for ticket duration times by employee, amount sold by employee, amount invoiced by employee, estimates per employee, hourly/daily/weekly/month/quarterly/yearly breakdowns etc...
