SPIFF (Commission) Tracking
I offer our techs a SPIFF (Commission) on certain services we sell. For example we offer managed antivirus and each time a tech sells a subscriptions he gets $5.00 at the end of the month.
It would be nice if on the items inventory page there was a check box and text field that would allow me to a. - Check if it is a SPIFF item & b. - allow me to type in the dollar amount ($5.00 varies by services) and then have reporting related to those two options.
This is ready for beta testers, look for the Spiff link on the admin nav to setup a spiff.

ok so this was implemented in 2015 and we are still asking How it works and if there is any usable reporting?

Can someone please explain how this new (not really new) commission system works? I have played with it a little and cannot seem to make it do anything. There is no documentation in the Knowledge base that I can find.

We currently have an intricate commission system with our software. Looking to switch all stores to RepairShopr, but attempting not to add more manual work just because of POS change. We work on a share commission system, so need to be able to generate schedule for the reps so they can be "Added" to the share. This is the way we had it done on our current software.

I would implement this at 2 stores. I want to be able to offer my customer service positions commission on any devices and accessories that they sell. Tracking everything in repairshopr makes life easy! An easy report or add on to the numbers in the admin page outlining MTD Emp Accessories and Device sales. Something like that

Yes please!! We want to motivate our guys by giving commission on some items and right now there is no easy way to do this. We currently have three locations and I want to pay commissions on a store base but also be able to track how individuals are preforming. If we could add the commissions to the item in the inventory and the be able to view reports by store and by individuals for a certain time period.

Would love this...I have Sub Contractors working for me, and this would allow me to entice them to sell, and not just do service.

While this would still be a nice feature, I have found a work around solution using the employee sales report.
