Parts Order Tracking Delivery Estimates and Ticket Link

On the Parts Order Tracking page, a section that allows you to input the estimated delivery date, and alerts you once it's passed, would be great! Also, the part info should be shown on the ticket that it's associated with.

    Input of this information should be in the ticket as well. It would be nice just to have one window open per case.

    Is this still happening? It would be a great feature, and would help us catch those parts that fall between the cracks and get lost.

    Any update on this? Also would like ability to add tracking number in logistics as we previously could in parts.

    It would also be great to be able to quick insert this info into a ticket/canned response.

    Think about it... one click part status/delivery update. I know as a customer, I'd love this communication. As a tech, it would be great to supply this information by clicking 1 button and selecting a canned response with fields from the part order.
