Appointment booking description
It is great that you have the ability for customers to be able to book their own appointment time right on the internet. It would be so helpful if you could add a description field. Maybe it could put the first 30-50 characters as the subject and then put the entire message into the public notes.
Anyway the customer could tell us what they are coming in for would be extremely helpful.
Take a look at the Custom widgets feature, we struggled with this at first, but you can essential set a customer lead form that first asks for details, then gives the appointment booking module. We know now when someone books an appt. the description of the issue AND if they are already a customer it (usually) matches their customer account in the lead that is generated. Works great for us.
This widget can be embedded the same way as the bookings module or it will work as a stand alone landing page
