if mess up on a user or invoice should be able to delete it

    I've tried to delete a paid invoice as this was a test and it's not possible.

    I have deleted all customers, all tickets, issued refund for paid invoice and still can't delete the invoices.

    Troy, thank you for an amazing product. I did find how to delete my test customer but i still have a mock ticket sitting there. have you created any sort of manual yet? The only other thing I can not find is how to actually close an invoice/ticket. i marked one as paid and resolved but it still shows. i guess i'm just not 100% clear on all of the ins and outs.
