Add a "Leads" section

and be able to put a contact form like a quote form on our website.

    It would be *real* nice if you could have a checkbox to enable an auto response which is configurable, like:
    "Thanks for your email which has been received. We will be back in touch very soon when this has been assigned to one of our technicians."
    It gives the customer piece of mind that their email has been received.

    Then, if it requires it, and it is not spam, it can be actioned on and moved from Leads to a customer/ticket.
