No matter what I try to change or add, I do not see a button for "take deposit" on the ticket info section. We desperately need an easy way to take a diagnosis deposit and apply it to later charges.
Thank you for your feedback on the knowledge base article. We will get that updated shortly.
Like Gerry said, you can access the Deposit button by clicking on the Actions drop down in the Ticket Detail screen.

The "Take Deposit" action is now in the "Actions" button on the Ticket Detail page.
