Time Limits on Tickets so Techs cannot exceed time limit
The idea is that most shops that charge labor generally know how long a specific task should take. For example a 2 hour time limit on a ticket, that way if a task the employer knows only takes 2 hours cannot be exceeded without prior authorization.
A notification might now be enough, plus that way when multiple techs are working on something the collective totals cannot exceed a specified time limit. This would be useful for any shop that charges Labor and knows how long things should take unless there is a larger problem that requires approval.
