Allow multiple techs to be assigned to a ticket. (We have a lot of tickets that 2 or more techs are assigned to, but only 1 person can receive a ticket status notification at a time.)

Has then been addressed anywhere else on the forum? If so can I get a link to it. If not can you please implement this ASAP. Not only do we want the notifications but we would like to track the time each tech is spending on that 1 ticket. Clocking In/Out does not account for the actual time they are on a ticket. Some tickets are onsite only, multiple techs may go to the same site under the same ticket or one tech may arrive to that site after another tech. Thank you.
