Global CC address for all outgoing RepairShopr communications
There are three primary ways this could be implemented... The first is to have a 'Communications Log' email address, to which *every* communication via RepairShopr, every SMS, email, whether to a customer or tech, is copied.
The second would be a more straightforward 'Default BCC' on accounts, or simply adding a line to the notification center to cover not just "Invoice - An Invoice was emailed to the customer" but "Invoice - An Invoice was emailed to the customer (full body)" or such - wherein any custom message will be included.
Finally, a remaining option would be to allow your users to specify an email address and remote server authentication details - such as their main tech/admin address - to which all outgoing mail can be copied (like in most IMAP Mail clients, 'Save a copy of sent items in: Sent folder on email@example.com').
Unfortunately the Communications Log provided only includes the first few words of any custom message, which is quite frustrating. These are 3 options which don't require RepairShopr to handle actually storing all these email copies. What do you think? :)
