Worksheets - option to make them required

As it currently stands there is no way to make the worksheet required before ticket progress which defeats the purpose of post checklist repairs as techs could just forget to do it.

    Definitely agree that we need some kind of way to force the worksheets, if desired. Techs are constantly forgetting to do the checklist. This seems to be a huge oversight by the RS team. As the OP said, it defeats the purpose!

    If I might add to this suggestion....
    For the new beta UI (which is a great upgrade), the worksheets are even more hidden (on a separate tab of the ticket), so it is even easier for techs to forget them.
    Can just the Worksheets Progress section of the Worksheets tab be put on the main tab of the ticket worksheet as a visible reminder?
