Ability to customize the Ticket List view

When you click on Tickets and it shows the Ticket List, it would be great if there a way to customize the Columns that are displayed. Right now there is a TYPE/BIN that hardly gets used by anyone and I would like to replace it with a column for "Pending Charges" associated with a ticket.     Now that the Assets screen has this functionality, please please por favor bring it to the Tickets screen as well!

    I like the ability to customize, specifically the order in which they are sorted. BUT.. I can say that we HEAVILY use the Issue Type. There's also a fair amount of confusion over Type and Issue Type. Honestly I forget which is which, but it's Issue Type that we use. If I remember correctly I believe it's something to do with the filters available to ticket. There is no filter for Type, only Issue Type.
