Auto Email Receipt of Payment For Online Payments & Recurring

I don't know if it is already an idea out there, but it would be great to have an email receipt automatically sent to the customer after they make a payment with credit card online or after a recurring payment is processed.

Thank you for this suggestion! In a recent update we’ve added a setting at Admin > Invoices > Advanced to “Automatically Email Receipt to Customer after Portal Payment”

    Haven't been able to find any updates on this, but this is an absolute requirement and very simple to implement

    Automatic payment receipt email is a must. Eliminates lots of clicks and repetitive tasks through out the day. Would be nice to have it as a setting in the Invoice preferences.

    I would like to see more automation happening within Repair Shopr to make it more customer service friendly. The easier it is for me the more likely I will stick with this software.

    Currently the email feature must be used by third party merchant service. I feel like there are a lot of features in Repair Shopr that should allow for sending emails by trigger. Something similar to AutoPrintr, but in regards to sending receipts. It would be nice to be able to trigger automatic emails for receipts mostly, but looking forward, invoices, intake forms, contracts, and other documents. Thanks!

    I agree...just had a client message me today about not getting a payment confirm. I'll set it up in Stripe but I'd like to have it all in one place.
