Autoprintr suggestion
Hi guys,
Here's a quick note about Multi-store operations and how the current Cloud Print service works;
When Store A makes an invoice, and Store B presses "Print", it will print to Store A, even though Store B pressed print.
I would love to see an option where, in AutoPrintr, no matter which store makes the invoice, whichever store requests the print, gets the print.
I would also suggest that for Dymo labels, if possible.
Thanks,
Don
Alright, the beta is live and we are working on it – you can get to it from here:

@Troy: Got beta3 installed and working on one of our 2012 R2 servers. Unzipped, ran AutoPrinter.exe, logged in with RS creds, set location, set printers to job types. Stuff prints! Now the questions:
1. Stuff only prints when we click 'print' on the page. Is there a way to setup jobs to automatically print after creation like we could in GoogleCP? I set tickets, estimates and invoices to qty1, but nothing prints unless I click the "print" button?
2. Rebooted the Windows server and left it at the login screen, because, it's a server; we don't typically login to it. Tried printing same document - no go. Service not running? Is it a real service? I can't find under services.msc?
3. Logged into the server and let desktop load. Tried printing again now that I'm logged in - no go. Okay, must not be a real Windows service...
Please advise. Are these features not built yet? Will auto-print-qty and run-as-windows-service-without-being-logged-in be added in future?

Hah, it's at /apps/autoprintr

@Troy: Great! I'll keep trying secret hidden links in the meantime like /apps/auto-printr and /apps/printr-beta ;)

In GodMode it'll print to the location of the item - so that'll be fine..
We keep adding features :)

@Troy: I'm always logged into god-mode (cleared location). I'll frequently make updates to tickets or invoices, and then re-print them to the store where they're located. However, I can see how @Don's idea makes the most sense in any other case. Perhaps this middle-ground solution: Make the print happen at the location you're logged into, unless you're in god-mode; in which case it will print at the 'created' location? That would be excellent!
Also, where is AutoPrintr? I thought it released today? Been looking in /apps/ since midnight ;)

@ryan - I'm not sure how to surface the option to have it both ways.
Can you tell me more about why you wouldn't be in the store you want the print out to happen in?

Hi Troy. Cool news here. Just wanted to make sure it will still be possible to print to the "created" location. I often am logged into location A, and want to print a job to another location where it was created. Will this be possible?
