Reminder button within Ticket - Ticket Specific
Would be great to have a "reminders" button in ticket.
For example, we repair boards that need to dry overnight, if there were reminders we would get reminded later that we need to go back to that ticket for whatever reason.
Ticket Specific Reminders will help keep things organized when dealing with 15-20 different tickets in the same days.

This would be an awesome feature even just to give a reminder to call and give someone a ticket update rather than having to remember who and when.

This would be great! would be nice if you can set a reminder on a ticket that is triggered by time or status change. That way the reminder can pop up when someone completes or after a set time.
