Invoice Email Subject Customization
We really need the ability to change the Email Subject for sent invoices. We need dynamic variables like Invoice number.
Right now it just says "Company Name - Invoice Attached"
If you send multiple invoices, the client can miss the additional ones if they have conversation view on. This also adds new ones to old ones, and again the client may miss it.
We need it to have the invoice number in the Subject so that each and every one will be custom. We are able to do this in Quickbooks or Freshbooks.
This suggestion was more about us needing to improve the subject instead of have it be customizable – we have added the invoice number and even the ticket reply tags in case there was a ticket attached. If you still want to make up your own subjects let’s get a new suggestion open for that vs just improving the subject like we’ve done here.

Still missed... how are non-english speaking customer going to benefit from this... This was not about "improving subject" but about customization.
Using RepairShopr is a pain for people not working with English natives. -

Allowing for dynamic variables in ticket message email subjects is also needed. I am cool with the unique ID for tracking... just need to be able to add {{ticket_number}} and similar to avoid confusion for clients with lots of open tickets.

Don't look very professional to have multiple language in a customer message. i can also mention the : ''sent with care from'' in the end of the message.i have found another thread with same request. http://feedback.repairshopr.com/forums/165658-general/suggestions/7523809-allow-email-s-subject-customization#comments 2 years ago ?!

Badly needed. Seems like it would be a quick add and would help reduce confusion on the customer side. It can be overwhelming for a customer when they have multiple tickets open and can't easily see which email is for which ticket.

We get clients saying the miss the new invoices if they have conversation view on, it merges with previous invoices. Such a simple thing to just have the invoice number as part of the subject. CompanyName - Invoice 123456 Attached

Yes, I need this badly. If I send out a get replies from different customers it's confusing since they all have generic subject lines. It's makes it hard, like the original poster stated, when a customer gets multiple invoices within a short time. They may be combined by their email program.
