New Customer Search Fields
Doing a marketr campaign, I realized there are a few parameters missing to search customers by. I think these parameters could allow for extremely useful marketr campaigns.
Ticket Status (ie. New, In progress, Resolved)
Time since last update (days)
Orphaned Invoices (not connected to ticket because retail)
Time since last paid invoice
This would allow marketr to follow up with customers after a repair with a custom message, to auto-email customers who haven't picked up a device, and to mimick a repair follow up email but specifically tailored to customers who bought a device. Because it's a marketr, we can even go back into these campaigns and update the emails to keep them relevant to store events/ policies.

It would be nice to be able to have a system setup to auto mail clients who have unpaid invoices, then you could setup a 30, 60, 90 day Collections letter kind of thing. We started using Marketr and found the things we wanted to search for also not easily accomplished but the Marketr system is s a great idea. We are just waiting for updates/tweaks to make it more functional for us. This has some real potential once we can pull out the things we want to create groups to send too.

add to this "Has / Doesn't Have Recurring Invoice". We have to re-send all of our recurring invoices becasue of the recent pdf attachment bug and it would be really nice to be able to send a message to all customer with recurring invoices explaining the error etc.

And when we are at it, Asset Type and Asset serial.
We repair cell phones. They have an IMEI. 8 first digits in IMEI is the TAC -code. The TAC identifies brand and specific device it is. If we can search by that, we can really do narrow marketing!

Also, would be good to save customers by inventory tickets they have on their tickets. That way we can sort out for example if we had a bad batch of a part and we would like to mail the customers which has been sold those parts and recall them. Instead of mailing all customers.

To be clear, Its just the two fields (ticket status, Orphaned invoices) and then the lines underneath are modifiers. I had a bunch of spaces to tab the lines, but I should have known that would fail.
