Sort tickets by Created Date
Would really like to see this being implemented. It would save us a lot of time in certain situations. Thanks in advance guys, your software IS the way software out there for the repair industry!
This is a pain. Every time we open the ticket list, normally with customers standing in line, we have to hit the sort by date twice to get the latest tickets at the top. It would make a lot of sense if it defaulted to sorting the tickets so that the new tickets are at the top.
Hi it would be a great help if this would be brought in. Cant see it bring a big issue as the data is already there by default.
