Customer Portal Search
I think it would be nice to add a search feature for Repair Shop Customer inside of their portal. I have many business customers that have multiple units in their portal and sometimes they find it hard to locate. This feature would help them do this much quicker.
This was released in October. You can now search and filter the data in Customer Portal to make finding things much easier.

Troy thank you for this!!!
Only is it possible to make the status private? -

I think there is a new problem. Customers cannot see tickets that are in "resolved" status in the portal right now. Maybe a bug caused by the changes.
I hope to see search and filter functions soon! But customers will still need to be able to see ticket details for resolved tickets. Thanks!

We really need this feature for one of our big clients. They have hundreds of support tickets and the portal is pretty much useless without the ability to:
Sort tickets by status
Search portal for ticket numbers, estimate numbers, etc.Is this something that can be added?

i also have this problem with some clients having pages of open and closed jobs that they are unable to trace with ease.
a search function in the customer portal would be a great benefit to our clients -

I agree, our customers are currently asking us for this feature. I hope it is added soon.

Search is a feature commonly requested from our clients. Ability to search tickets, serial numbers/assets, invoices and subject names within their own portal

Agreed, i think is a must add feature. there is no point in having a good piece of software if our customer experience isn't good.
customers experience should come first when adding new features. -
