Marketr Follow Up SMS Mesages
I would like the option to setup 2 week, 3 month, 6 month, etc...Follow up SMS messages to my customers...being able to do it with email is great...but for 90% of my customers texting is the best form of communication it seems like anymore...Anyone else out there agree with me on this and would like to be able to setup automatic follow up txt messages ??? Also being able to create canned SMS messages for ticket comments would be great !!!
This now works with the Twilio integration!

Not after bulk texting but would like the option to send a text sent to the customer after repair asking to leave a review automatically

Is it still marketing if its about customer satisfaction
I utilize marketr to sending annual servicing reminders to my customers. I am finding that often these messages are not read as people receive too many spam messages. Being able to send SMS reminders would have a huge positive impact on my business. Please consider this enhancement as a matter of priority.

totally agree and would be good to have sms trigger custom sms messages for certain status updates

We use Marketr to send automated follow ups to customer enquiries (we have a ticket status "Lead" and have different follow ups for different ticket types, as we like to follow up on leads repeatedly). We often do not have the email address for leads that come in by phone so an option to send the Marketr follow ups by SMS (if email missing etc) would be very handy!
