    Hello I love you guys software, but i was wondering if you could maybe partner with a company like When I Work (www.wheniwork.com) or (http://www.yournextseven.com) or develop a employee scheduling software similar that will allow your us to be able to create shifts and schedule our employees. This will also allow my employees to see the work schedule anywhere.

  2. Recurring Statements

    It would be nice to make it so that statement can be scheduled just like recurring invoices.
    Maybe even have option on recurring invoice to attach statement of account.
    I know the invoice reminder does this in a way, but some customers like to see a list of open invoices to print.

  3. Scan assets from phone or tablet

    If it is not already possible, it would be nice to walk in to one of my regular customers offices with my ipad and scan an asset tag and see the history of tickets/issues with this machine and then be able to start a new ticket from the asset screen if one hadn't already been created.

  4. CSV Reports

    When a report is prepared and then the CSV is downloaded the appearance of the details is different. Often the order is changed, however the totals are also missing. I know that it is easy enough to add the totals and change the order with excel, however I don't understand why the information cannot be the same as the screen report. What is the point of having a report that when printed is not the same?

  5. Add charges overview to Ticket print out.

    We like to provide paper work with a job when it's collected, but currently we are having to print off multiple sheets of paper to ensure has details of the jobs notes and invoice details.

    Would it be possible to add the charges applied to a ticket to the print out template so everything could be included in one print?

    recently I posted a comment on an existing planned feature; the printer drawer-open integration. I don't know if comments really are the best way to inject ideas on an already existing subject, so I decided to make a separate post.

    Not sure if devs are aware of this handy gadget, but a better solution would be to integrate with usb drawer open devices.

    Hey – we have an idea of a solution, but can you give us some more details/links/etc?

    A usb drawer opener would be fine if it had a javascript API so we could control it from a web browser.

  7. customer purchase

    Hello, I like the idea of the Customer Purchase feature. However, I would like to know if the fields are customizable where I can add or remove specific fields. RIght now it's really basic. I want to get more in detail with being able to select the carrier, storage/memory, model, etc. Something similar to the customer kiosk where they go through each detail. Also, after adding the item, we want to be able to track any parts that are needed to refurb the item and account for those to get the total cost.

  8. Blank default Tech and only Tech can be assigned to Tickets

    I would like that the default value of the field Tech
    when creating a new Ticket is a blank value, and that only technicians can be assigned to a ticket.
    I have 2 Security Groups. Techicians and Vendedores (sales staff that only check-in tickets and creates customers).
    The problem right now is that the Tickets are assigned to a sales person.
    The solution is that by default, there are not Tech assigned
    when creating a ticket and then, when a Tech pick a ticket and assign it to them self.

  9. Allow the option to search by Physical Location (i.e. Bin #) in the inventory page

    It would help if we could look up a bin # and find out all of the inventory that should be in that bin. Then if we type in P1 for example, it would show us everything that should be in P1. This would help a lot with my inventory system. Or the best thing may be to add an advanced search to inventory, and then we can search just that field.

  10. Colour coded ticket status

    On the main Tickets list it would be nice to have the ability to colour code the status of each ticket. This way it would be easy to see, at a glance, what tickets were New, In Progress, Waiting on Customer etc.

    I.E. if all new tickets were Shown in RED easier to quickly see which jobs hadn't been started.

  11. set ticket priority based on email priority

    Most of our business customers submit tickets via email; Many of them use the "high" or "low" priority flag to let us prioritize accordingly. It seems that RepairShopr doesn't capture this information. Please parse incoming email headers to include priority level in converted tickets!

  12. #Hashtag tech notifications in notes

    There's a lot of instances where I'd reference another tech in the company for something or do the "he said/she said" notes where it'd be nice to have a #techname. Ideally, it would alert them just like we get notifications when tickets get assigned to us.

  13. add a parent/child ticket system for business accounts with bulk repairs

    We deal with corporate accounts where there will be anywhere from 10 or more laptops or other devices dropped off at once. Rather than creating a ticket for each one under that business account, it would be easier to add multiple units per ticket, so that there is one contained place the customer can see all their repairs.

  14. Create an area in the Time Clock Admin to put in future Paid Day off requests.

    When an employee gives notice of a requested paid time off for a date in the future, have a place in the time clock admin that will keep track of this so when that week comes, that day is already put in the totals for the pay period.

  15. Enable signatures on Windows tablets without requiring the individual signature pads

    We already have the Topaz signature pad for our office POS, but I haven't been able to find a way that we can make it so the desktop version of the software doesn't ask for the plugin to the pad on other PC's.

  17. ...integrate with Boxoh's API for showing/monitoring packages

    Boxoh is a great way to track packages easily and effectively. Plus, they have a public API you can use (provided you have a key). Perhaps that's something you guys could integrate? Maybe automatically marking a part as arrived when Boxoh says the package is in?

    It would be really helpful if there was an option to have a ticket counter (new tickets, ongoing tickets, etc) available for integration onto a website (to show how busy we are), and a display tv in the store. We sell 'emergency beat the queue' service to customer that need repairs done quickly, and being able to show the customers '45 new tickets' on a live counter would help this greatly.

  20. tech ticket comments via email

    option to allow staff to email ticket comments in via email
    allows techs to report notes back to base.
    I would think it would need emails to be sent from a RepairShopr user email(s) and have a ticket number in the subject.

    Also, if possible, allow more text capturing (like the subject from:) like:
    type:<update type>
    private:<yes|no>
    email:<no|yes|default>
    all the rest of the body would be captured as "body"

    email has large advantages:

    syncing protocol - sends when internet comes online (offline mode!)

    no login required - secured by only accepting RepairShopr user emails.

    works better on mobiles, as email
