  1. Sync the RepairShopr invoice name filed to the invoice name/reference field in Xero

    I have to retype the invoice name every time into the invoice reference field in Xero before sending the invoices out. It waould be extremely handy if this field could just sync across!

  2. Add a print PDF "Delivery Note" to Invoicing

    Add a print PDF "Delivery Note" to Invoicing,
    "Delivery Note" to include products & service line items on an existing invoice. Exclude the price !!
    Add delivery address, attention, Print date, Delivery Note ID & Barcode.

    Also, please add the option to add " Ticket line items" to large Ticket PDF.

  3. Add message icon on customer postal

    My customer does not receive message icon alerts when Im sending a email through the communication section in a ticket. I have to prompt them by other means to view the messages.

  4. conditional fields/flat rate price books

    Your software checks a lot of the boxes we are looking for but these are two things I don't see.
    flat rate products: ability to create product pricing based on a labor level that can be updated. Would need different pricing levels(regular, contract, afterhours) and ability to make primary or additional repair.
    Conditional custom fields- ability to have fields show on tickets based on answers of previous fields

  5. Allow serial number for refurb parts

    On the refurb screen, where I can add parts to a refub, I want to be able to enter the value at the bottom of an inventory label. When I do, it does not find any items.

  6. Auto Calculate Transport cost

    For those picking up and delivering repairs or traveling to on site work it would be great to have a item that can be added that will auto calculate a cost based on the distance to the customers address from the shop address. A basic formula field, for example I charge $25 + $1/Mile. So (25+{distance}) would be the formula using the {distance} variable. Google maps API does have that value available.

  7. Dashboard

    Dashboard tickets are getting better. I would like to be able to color tickets based on the ticket type as well. Example, We have business customers and residential. We do data recovery, forensics, computer repair and websites. We have a different SLA for each. I would like to be able to have two colors on one tickets. One color for Business etc, etc, and one color for the ticket status. That way at a glance we know what kind of work is pending. It saves a lot of time when looking at tickets.

  8. Implement webauthn / usb authenticators

    Webauthn is an open standard that allows one to us a USB authenticator such as the Yubico. This allows one to quickly login on any device with your authenticator, and is the direction security is moving in. We've been using them for Dropbox and O365, and the team loves it. If RepairShopr could adopt the standard at some point, that would be awesome! Kill passwords! The future is now!

  10. Customizable Notification Templates

    I would like to see an option to change all the different notifications how they are formatted. I would like to be able to use data fields and insert links.
    Allow for the subject and the body to be changed.

    Currently getting notifications via anything but email is useless as you do not get a hyperlink to go to the item. Also there is alot of wasted space on shorter messages like Pushover and SMS.
    Emails are hard to manage because they dont follow rules very well.

    I would rather use something like pushover for my notifications leaving my email…

  11. List "Contact" under +New button for customer's account

    I know you can add a contact from under the contacts tab, obviously, but I seem to reflexively reach for the master +New button for the customer's account every time I try to do this. Just a low-priority thought, in case other people do that, too.

  14. Allow sorting reports

    It looks like sorting is a rather large pain point here. I would like to add that sorting the reports on the admin screen would be a huge help. Currently, I have to export the report then edit the timestamp because it prints as a text field with the day first. This sets the field as an alpha sort and it's a tremendous amount of work to reformat the timestamp as a real value. If at least there could be valid date and time fields that would help. Ty!

  15. Have option to create inventory item from repair tickets

    Hey guys it would be great if we can directly create inventory items for Tickets that are created. We do a lot of repair tickets but then have to go to inventory then add all the credentials once again. IMEI Photos etc.
    I think it would streamline the process for everyone who does in house refurbs.

  16. Download multiple invoices in RS/cust portal

    I have a client who sends around 10-20 repairs a week and is on account for around 60days. They are wanting to bulk download all the invoices in the portal , I dont believe there is a way to do this without going into each individual invoice.

    My name is Jason and I recently setup the trial software for my new business. I am currently using an antiquated program called Dealerware. It is old but does almost everything I need. However, there are many features of RepairShopr that I like. Unfortunately it does not seem to fit perfectly with the lawn mower and small engine repair business that I run.

  18. template cascading tag selection logic or, possibly, custom tags?

    For sake of, say, email templates, it would be nice if it could use just the first name (if present) or the business name (if no first name present) (if it's just easier to just make new tags, I suppose, like {{customerbillingorfirstname}}). Or letting us make tags out of other tags, possibly.

    Or else, some way to allow us to cascade the options, like (({{customerbillingname}}/{{customerfirstname}}/{{customerbusinessname}})), to use the billing name else first name else business name. (I can imagine a few other instances where a cascade selection might be nice,…

  19. Ticket status list - need to customize the status list to match our business.

    The default status items do not fit our business and we really want to delete those items and use only the ones that are relevant to our business. It's confusing to our customer service folks as to which status to pick.

    Also, the order of the list should be configurable.

  20. Make the business name clickable wherever the person name is (i.e. invoices)

    It's evidently disconcerting to our team members to have to click on "(empty)". Just throws them for a loop every time. We have a lot of business contacts for whom there isn't a particular person that would be appropriate to list on the account, really, so there are a few of them like that. Or possibly if the name IS empty, THEN turn the business name into a hyperlink? (Seems like more work for you guys, though.) We could also do without "(empty)" at the beginning of search results.
