  2. Web APP UI Enhancement Idea

    I find it kinda crazy keeping track of all I am doing with browser tabs. My idea is a crazy web app that allows you to have multiple tickets open in one browser tab (or create a chrome app that launches in another window) Much of the design idea comes from NinjaRMM.     We have several techs and office personnel. I need to be able to not have the non-tech personnel show on the online scheduler. In other words, when using the online scheduler, unless a specific tech is specified, then the calendar will show availability when there is none because it is pulling from the RS calendar of all personnel, tech or otherwise. I know we can specify who is a tech and who is not in the Security Groups but this doesn't seem to work for the online scheduler. Or maybe have an option for the user to pull down a…

  4. Create Custom Tabs with iFrame option

    It would be a nice feature if we could configure a custom tab up top- ideally if we could embed another site in iFrame. This way we could keep more of our business items under one pane.

  7. change the way you look at tickets under an account

    When looking at an account, there is the list of all tickets under the account. When you click on "view all" it only pulls up the tickets for the current location you are in. It should pull up all of the tickets, not just the ones for the current location.

  10. Email private comments to a ticket?

    Would like the ability to email comments to a ticket but as a private note.

    Using the method mention in this url (i.e. subject= TICKET:TicketNumber, etc.);
    https://feedback.repairshopr.com/forums/165658-general/suggestions/6373753-tech-ticket-comments-via-email, creates the comments as 'public', and with a type of 'contact'.

    The default seems to be a 'contact' type with a public note.

    Any suggestions?

  13. Add a Way to Disable from Stockout Report

    It would be really helpful if there was a way to disable items from the stockout report. Inventory piles up after a while, and we've gotten rid of a lot, but going through one-by-one in Inventory is time consuming and can be somewhat frustrating.

  15. Filter Tickets Numerically when assigning Estimates/Invoices to Existing Tickets

    When you want to assign a estimate or invoice to an existing ticket, you click on Edit and then click on the drop-down list to choose an existing ticket. Some of my customers have hundereds of tickets and currently the existing tickets are not in any logical order and it is near impossible to find the correct ticket. If this could be a searchable field or at the very least placed in numerical order it would make this process way faster. Many times we duplicate similar estimates when presenting the customer multiple options but need to assign the duplicated tickets…

  16. Print a list of tickets with a certain ticket type

    I would find it extremely useful to be able to print the list of tickets with a certain ticket type, for example, I would go into 'Tickets' where I have a saved search which will only show me tickets marked as 'New'. I would LOVE to be able to just click 'print' and have that list as a hard copy. Thanks, Tommy

  17. Saved Customer Search NOT operations

    There does not appear to be an easy way to create a customer list (with the intention of creating a Marketr mailing list) that is "All customers EXCEPT ______".

    We have a simple customer variable that indicates an RMM customer, and I would like to email all customers who are not enrolled.

  19. Send serial numbers on invoice to quickbooks

    In RS I have an invoice and the description of product fields lists serial numbers if the item has serial numbers. When this invoice is sent to QBO it does not include the serial numbers in the description. Please add the serial numbers to the description.
