  1. Customer Alets - for expiration events ?

    somewhere there was a video that could use Inventory or custom REMINDERS ??

    What I want is the ability to set some custom fields for clients - say Expiration dates (Backup Plan, or Remote RMMSPlans)... and then when it comes near Expiration date it give a pop-up or email reminder ALERT IN ADVANCE (like a early warning - 2 week reminder)

    would this happen to be something with Assets ?

    is that possible ?

  2. Customer account on Hold status

    currently a pop up can be enabled as an alert to give the operator a message when a customer is selected, however occasionally we need to put an account on hold when a customer has either gone over their agreed limit or is not making payments. The account on hold status would ideally prevent a new invoice being created for the offending customer coupled with a warning to the operator.

    Suggestion.. . why not add a “click to Sign” for everywhere there is a Digital Signature.

    Sure would be better than people using a mouse or not doing it at all !

  4. Custom Fields and Thumbnail icons

    sure would be nice if the Thumbnails in the Customer Info could allow for HOVER description for easy reference as to what these icons are associated.

    for instance (below) the Search Icon (magnifying glass) indicates Managed Service Plan (custom fields) 0 while the Cloud w/ Up-Arrow indicates Cloud Backup - and the Thumbs-up indicates Malwarebytes Lifetime.

    also why not allow the List of Customer Custom Fields show the icon in one of the columns ?

    More visible reference would help.

    I created 2 Alerts - it works, but not as I’d expect... not clean

    I was thinking it would show 2 separate pop-ups. there is no spacing, and no description

    this can stay a single Pop-up.. but it should be listed – not crammed together in a single line

    maybe something like the example below.. allow up to 5 spaced messages (Title and Data) ?

  7. customer listing - email hyperlink

    Seems to me that the EMAIL column should hyperlink to a mailto:emailaddress@ to launch the default email client (outlook, etc.)

    The phone column works as expected “hooked” - but emails should always allow for direct emailing.

    Have caller ID bring up a customer account page.
    - Maybe a pop-up to continue to page in case you are into something else, like intake form or invoice.
    - Pop-up to prompt for a new account for unknown numbers
    - Option to block any prompts for known numbers that are not a customer.

  15. being able to scan items into the logistics section

    I wanted to know if you guys can put in a scanning bar in the Logistics section. When I transfer something, I can not scan it I have to put in the part name and it causes problems. Sometimes they don't match up, and it will be much faster and more accurate.

    When creating custom fields in Job Tickets could you allow the re order of asset fields in a drop down box and re order the custom field types using the hamburger icon in much the same way as you can change the order of fields

  19. Make a way to disable Quick pay / Hide from invoice page for non admin!

    I know you can disable quick pay as a payment form but my new employees keep clicking the quick pay on the transaction and after it is marked as paid it is a nightmare to delete, please help address this!

  20. Follow Up Flags

    Is there anyway that a status could be added for "Follow Up Needed on Due Date"? Ideally a due date would be set for a future reference within the ticket and upon the set due date the ticket would be flagged on the dashboard for Follow Up (the ticket would turn a different color, similar to a customer reply).
