  1. Present List of Open Tickets in Date Order & Allow Sorting Options

    After using the API to create a Customer Profile URL, we noticed that the list of open tickets are appearing in order by ticket number as opposed to date. Could you please make it so that tickets are displayed in date order with either the most recent on top or a toggle that allows us to switch back and forth? Could you add a setting that could be appended to the URL or included in the call that would set the default for our user?

  2. allow sorting on stockout

    The stockout page would be much better if we could either sort or choose to only view by vendor/category. This would help me a ton since I order from so many vendors and have so many different items.

  5. Label PDF button on Products and Inventory Screen

    It would be convenient to have a button on the general Products and Inventory listing rather than having to open the item details and then click on the Label PDF button.

    We are kind of moving toward just doing the product labels on the Purchase Order when you receive product, the more powerful labels will only be there so you can have more data on them.

    Are you using purchase orders?

  6. Online Reviews - Automatic

    I am finishing up a customization to automatically collect customer feedback when job is completed, and convert a substantial % into positive and authentic online Reviews. This would tie into Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other review sites. Positive customer comments would also appear automatically on the website.

  7. Device checkin, multiple issues at once

    Hi there, would you guys be able to add multiple issues per device checkin? At the moment, when we take in a device it will only let us select one issue (battery, screen, chargeport etc)

    We quite often have devices that have multiple problems, like the speaker, screen and battery need replacement.

    I suggest you change the issue screen to be a checklist instead of just picking one problem.

    This isn't a major issue, just something that could make an improvement :D

  8. Different Pricing for the same item

    I Would like to have the ablity to have different pricing for the same item. My company has multiple stores in different states. Not every store has the same price for the chargers.

  9. Option to select different accounts for Xero integration

    When configuring the Xero integration you only have the option to select a single Xero account that all invoices from RepairShopr will fall under. When I would do an invoice in Xero I select a different account for labour, hardware, software and a few others. This allows us to see how our business is doing in each of these areas.

  10. Make ScreenConnect integration clearer

    Similar to MaxFocus integration issue. With the Screenconnect integration it's more obvious that it's an example (myshop) so that's less confusing, but it implies that you have to have a long url with subdirectories to an extension which isn't all visible in the text box. Going to the FAQ for more information it's shown you don't need any such long url, just the basic domain without even a slash.

  11. Make MaxFocus integration clearer

    Setting up MaxFocus integration the API host looks like it's filled in but it's not, causing the token validation to fail (doesn't say the host is missing/bad). After a few failed attempts I realized that it was only an example text (very slightly less dark than actual text in a field). I'd suggest actually either prefilling the field or not having the example text.

  12. Add customer's name next to ticket number on TICKET GETTING STALE email.

    friendly reminder, tickets need a diagnosis comment to update the workflow and change the status from pink.

    Make a ticket comment with the subject "Diagnosis" for these tickets.

    4211 - Customer Name 1 - Laptop won't boot. Died while using system.
    4213 - Customer Name 2 - Laptop not charging

    Instead of trying to sell us add on's like DOMO how about repairshopr get it's act together and give us some meaningful reports .. for a starter every report should have an export facility so excel can be used to interpret the data. Basically I have bought into repairshopr and don't see why I should need to pay for an add on that repairshopr should be doing!

    Daniel – Domo has spent many millions of dollars building amazing technology to pull that off. We could have added a report here and there, and would always have people complaining – or – buy domo and integrate.

    Domo was very expensive, we are going to continue losing money on it. We added it for those people that need more powerful reporting because we would never have been able to build something as nice as they have.

    Just like we won’t build accounting, so we integrate QB and Xero.

    In the MSP space there are reporting systems out there that people pay a lot of money to hook into the big PSAs. We were able to accomplish the same type of reporting for a fraction of the price – and we are proud of it.

    The going rate for a reporting system like what we are giving in domo is…

  14. Create a report that shows tickets per tech per day

    We would like to see a report that can be run per day for the tickets that the techs work on. In short, looking for some report that we can pull daily that shows what the tech worked on which might be based on notes entered or timer started or ?

    Today we have 6 techs in our stores and they complete a short form that shows what ticket numbers they work on. We take this form and search each ticket to see what they have done, what notes that have entered, status, look for tech name to have been…

  15. Custom Ticket Progress Tracker

    We don't quite fit into any of the Business types in the setup wizard, as we do some MSP as well as Product Sales and Troubleshooting and also installation of Automation and Security gear in Residential or Commercial premises.

    We would love to be able to edit the Progress Tracker and put our own items in there (ie. Scheduled, etc.).

  16. Able to select products in Purchase Order in which to print labels for.

    Half of our items now don't need our labels on it. Therefore a simple Check Box per Line Item, and a Check All at the top, would be great to identify which labels will be printed.

  17. Redo customer box on ticket window

    Right now from the ticket window you can only edit the customers name, the phone and address have to be changed in yet another window. This should be corrected as it's not professional to be looking for other windows when a one click solution should be available if the customer says whoops this 8 in the phone number should be a 7.

  18. Allow customisation of invoice line items

    I would like to be able to change the fields shown for each line in estimates and invoices, so, for example, I can remove the Item field, add a line total (inc tax) field, etc. Just to allow us to make slightly nicer presented invoices for consumer customers who don't need to worry about ex tax prices.

  19. Allow quantity adjustment on entered/posted line item

    Once we enter a line item under "View / Add Charges on Ticket", we are unable to adjust the quantity. At times we will need to adjust the quantity after the line item after it has been entered, or if we make a mistake. As of now, it looks like the only way to do this is to copy the description charge, delete the entry and add a new one. That is lots of work for a minor adjustment.
