ADFS SSO Office 365
Hi Guys,
Recently deployed o365 integration and very happy i can finally sync my Calendars with RS. Hoping you guys can extend this feature a bit further by integrating RS login's with Active Directory Federation Services/SSO (i see you have done this with Intuit and Google+). I believe this can be based around oAuth and wold not be all that complex to setup considering you already have oAuth communication with Office 365?

Not able to categorize inventory by UPC code
Hi, under the inventory tab, I was previously able to categorize inventory by UPC code, quantity, retail price, etc by clicking on the respective title. Now, when I click on UPC, quantity, etc, nothing happens. No reordering occurs. Is this part of an update, or is it something wrong on my end? Thanks.

Add Product Pictures to Inventory Items
The ability to add a picture of a product in inventory would be helpful for training new employees (them being able to associate a product in inventory with finding it in the shop) as well as putting a picture to the connector, adapter, cable from inventory..

Close or Lock an Invoice.
It would be nice to have a function that locks/unlocks an invoice. Sometimes my tech has added time after an invoice has been emailed. Currently, we are using the emailed flag as our check, but it does not prevent potential errors.

Portal ticket notifications
I would like for tickets created from the customer portal automatically assign to a certain technician for that notifications such as text and emails can be done. Most customers that are made from the portal have a service agreement and need to have priority service.
At least an option in the notifications center for portal created tickets (not all), would be nice so these don't get overlooked since they are paying for priority service.

Add a Saved Customer Search for 'referred by' searches

Map
Is there any way for the the customers on the map to be broken down over time and by store they were added by? For instance if I have a billboard installed in April I would to be able to check in June and see if my customers have increased in that area. Also if i have 1000 customers in my area but I have 2 stores I would love to see what area people are going to what stores.

Allow an RMA to be received with a different serial number
Here's something I noticed that would be really useful. While running through how we can use the RMA/Returns Manager, I noticed a pretty big shortcoming regarding how serialized products are handled.
Take a laptop for example -- Upon RMA, this could go a few directions. Perhaps the hard drive is bad; we would receive the same laptop (and same serial number) and all would be right in the land of inventory and serial tracking. Now, maybe the motherboard is bad. Add an adjustable timer alert system to tickets for notifcations
I would like the ability to add individual and manipulable timers to tickets that will trigger a notification to people logging in or to an email, or any type of adjustable notification. When we do an iPad repair, we like to put small clamps on them for 24 hours to ensure they seat properly. However, we have reached a volume where people often forget that certain repairs have sat for a while and need to be given a final inspection; sometimes this final inspection happens when the customer calls to check on their repair or comes in for pick-up and…

Add Follow-up Button
When you enter the ticket detail screen, located in the upper right hand corner you can select PDF's, Make Invoice and Make Estimate. It would be great if a "Follow up" button was added right before the "Make Invoice" button. "Follow Up" would be a simple way to email the customer with custom or a canned response relating to how the service went. Great way to show you care.
We will be emailing the customer, but having a dedicated way to "Follow Up" would allow canned responses that would speed up the process.

duplicate contacts
Hi Troy,
I've run into another issue with email addresses. We often have a contact at a company that also becomes a client of their own....you guessed it, using the same email address.
It happens fairly often that we pick up clients form a business we are working with as "private" clients as well. Not sure if there is a mechinism to better address this, but currently I have several clients in the system that we now can't add an email address to.

Purchase Order allowing to intake not 100% working inventory.
So there often comes times we get large orders of devices especially, all the same or different doesn't matter, but often some do not work or are completely salvaged for parts. I'd love to see a separate "Inventory" page for broken devices or list of parts we have that we salvaged from incoming inventory that came in broken. This could be integrated into the PO system as well as the original Inventory page. This way, as we receive the inventory, we can choose either "Refurb Inventory" or "Inventory." Marketr Issues and Improvements
The Marketr section is a good idea, but really needs some care and attention to be truly useful. There are so many reasons that bulk emails should be sent to specific groups of customers, but the allowed parameters for doing this are simply not good enough.

Mass Edit Customers!
I want to be able to mass edit customers so things like custom fields can be easily changed for a large group of customers. I use several different Support packages and I want to be able to make mass edits to custom fields so that I don't have to edit each individually.

Invoice due date set per customer
It will grate to have options on customer page which will set due date in his invoices automatically. Example - some users need to pay before pick up - that is defult "zero days", some have one week to make payment and other 2 weeks.. So when we make it manual sometimes got mistakes and customer worry about..

Report to show parts ordered and if they were put on a ticket
It would be great to have a report that showed the parts ordered through logistics and if they were added to to a ticket or not.
This would give me a very quick glance of what one off ordered products we should have in stock for a given time.
