  1. Status should not be at top of screen

    It seems a little crazy that you go to the bottom of a ticket and enter a message but the status is all the way at the top....surely just a tick box next to the message box asking if you want it to update status would be a good idea

  2. Ability to mass print or save pdf's of invoices

    It would be helpful if we had the ability to mass print or save pdf's of invoices for a given period of time (a full year) or all invoices for a given client.

  3. Billing increments

    I am currently billing in 1/4 hour increments. If we work on a clients computer for 16 minutes, we bill for 30. I am considering changing to 6 minute increments. It would be great if RS could track time in increments.

    I imagine this would be hugely helpful to a TON of users.

  6. Give the option to apply signatures from payment to invoice

    I understand the reason for having them separated by default, but, in our shop at least, it's a pain for the customers to sign for their payment, then turn around and sign again for the invoice saying they're picking up the equipment. It'd be easier if there was a checkbox during or button after to apply the captured signature to the invoice the payment is going towards.

  7. Ticket Settings - Work Approved and Pre-Diagnosed

    Every Ticket we generate is because the client has pre-approved and the diagnostic is part of the fix.

    Can we have an option inside of shop settings that allows us to have these two ticket settings set to default ON or default OFF, depending on what type of shop is being run?

    Is work approved to proceed?
    Is work pre-diagnosed?

  8. Need more custom Rate options

    Currently we can set labor rates as an inventory item and with the new Contracts option we can set overrides for each customer. This is good but not great.

    To compete with other PSA's out there I think that Rates need to be separated from inventory and contracts. For example having global rates and per customer rates, and having rules to calculate the rates automatically based on Work Types (tech, engineer) and job types. We could definitely capture a lot more billable time and higher priced work if these abilities were there.

  9. Asset custom Fields linked to inventory parts

    when we are repairing a customers asset, in the custom fields, I would like to be able to select from inventory parts to tie to that asset.
    then when a repair is being completed, we know what items need to be replaced based on our inventoried part.

  10. Attach Worksheet to Ticket based on selection in custom field

    Instead of attaching a worksheet based on the first level of custom field selected allow us to add worksheet based on a select made to the inputs of custom field.

    Example:
    Current = Attach worksheet to custom field "Computer Repair"
    Suggestion = Allow us to attach worksheet to a select field under the Computer Repair Tag, ie "Computer Repair: Virus Removal" or "Computer Repair: Software Install" Both workflows would have different information needed to be captured.

  11. Show Declined Estimates per Customer profile

    When I'm viewing Estimates for a particular customer, a lot of times it's to be sure that we suggested and quoted for a product that would benefit them. In this case, it was a security suite and firewall unit. Assuming they declined it (because it was never sold), I clicked the SHOW DECLINED button and it just dropped me into a pool of all declined estimates instead of just those proposed to the client. The search filters included aren't useful for finding client-specific estimates.

  13. Making the serialization option editable (unserialize)

    We have run into this situation a few times now due to how different vendors do things differently when it comes to serial numbers. We setup a product to be serialized, Like RAM, then switch vendors and they don't serialize their RAM and now we have to create a new product and lose all that history and add confusion.

    We are big on tracking out data and would prefer not to lose all that.

    Making the Serialization check box an editable options would be very handy. Of course only for Global admins or those selected to have such power in…

  15. Have a "create product and add new" button on the product inventory page.

    When adding a batch of products manually, it's really annoying to have to click on "create product", then "back", then "New". One little new button "create product and add new" would be magic!

  16. have ex-tax prices in the product inventory page.

    I'm in the UK with 20% VAT. On the product page when adding new inventory I can see the retail price inc and ex VAT. However, the cost price is tax inclusive only. This is really unhelpful as a) everyone buys and invoices in ex VAT Pricing in the business sector, so it means every line has to be manually calculated before entering and b) it means you cannot see accurately what your margin is nor a correct % markup. Please help!

  19. Required Customer Fields Small Tweak

    Currently we require that all of our customers provide an email as we deliver invoices and receipts via email.

    However, in the rare occasion that a customer does not have an email or they simply don't want to share it, we need a "fake" email of sorts that we are allowed to enter in the required email field. A default email or something of the like.

    I think you should probably setup a wildcard email for your domain, then you can add emails that are still unique like:

    fake1@mydomain.com
    fake2@mydomain.com

    etc

    If the email says “fake” in it – we won’t actually send the email, but we don’t want an accidental email going to a real domain – like gmail/aol/etc – that can get you blocked from emailing.

    It would be easy to search your database for “yourdomain” and see everyone that provided no email..

  20. Add employee clock in/out powers to the AWESOME iOS app

    The updates to the iOS app are fantastic! My one wish would be for a simple "clock in" or "clock out" button-- could be right on the home page. Sometimes techs go right to on-sites before opening a computer, so the ability to clock in on the move would be great!
