  1. Use Ticket Status in Invoice Dashboard

    Will you please add the Ticket Status column to the Invoice Dashboard? It would be super helpful to see tickets marked "resolved" but not paid, or maked "new" or "in progress" but paid. Sometimes employees forget to close out a ticket/invoice/update ticket.

  2. Integrate with Monkey Box (https://monkeybox.com/)

    Monkey Box allows Service Providers to SECURELY store passwords/asset info for individual clients and customers. It also allows you to share those passwords with other technicians, sub-contractors, and the users themselves. Would be great to link a customer in Monkey Box to a customer in RepairShopr, so you can quickly look up their passwords. It would also be great to link a specific asset in RepairShopr to the asset in Monkey Box, and then pull up the password to that device, like a router for example.   3. Payment form

    When checking a customer out after click on payment form there is a drop down menu that gives us options to choose which method of payment i.e. cash/card etc. Instead of a drop down i think having a widget or button that lists the different payment methods to take would be more effective. Often times when we are rushing through when it gets busy sometimes we over look the payment form method and accidentally select credit card instead of cash which throws off the closing reading (Z report) at the end of the day.   4. Attaching Lead to Customer Brings in New Contact

    If the Lead doesn't exist but I attach it to an existing customer, it would be great to have the option of bringing in the new contact and adding it to the contact list for that customer.

    Next, the ticket would use that person as the assigned contact.

  5. Void Button

    Hello we just had a situation where an inventory item was purchased and returned the same day with a purchase of a different inventory item. The way I understand void works now is it just voids the payment, but then leaves an open invoice with the voided product with no way to record what was voided.

    If we could change the void button to void the payment, cancel/change quantities of line items to 0 so it restocks any inventory items, and add a Void stamp on the voided invoice for our records. I think that would be very helpful

  6. Reports for staff from their locations

    At the moment all the staff can access reports from all shop locations. Can we have the reports limited only to allowed locations for the staff?

  7. add the ability to change taxable status and tax rate on line items in the iOS app.

    Currently, if I use the app to add charges to a ticket, every item has the default sales tax rate added to it, whether that item is marked as taxable in RS or not. I offer on-site service in two states, one of which does not tax labor. It would help to be able to specify which items should be taxed, and at what rate. For now I just switch to Safari to create the invoice, enter payment, and email the invoice.

  8. Purchase Order - Adjust price and quantity at same time

    When creating a purchase order we will select the quantity but have to go through the line items to adjust the price. If it was possible to adjust quantity and then the price before adding the item to the PO that would be very helpful.

  13. Add UPC to Sales Detail Report

    If the UPC field was included in the Sales Detail Report, there would be greater flexibility to create reports for export.

    A UPC is the shortest unique tag. We have created a work around with the "inventory name field", previously was "description", however inventory items with detailed descriptions in this field have caused a conflict with the number of characters allowed by our accounting software.

  14. Snail Mail

    Can you make it so it sends us an email reminding us to snail mail it, say a week before it is due? Currently, it is $1.20 to snail mail 50 of them, which is very expensive.
    Also, you should be able to find a company to automate and setup two printers, one for the invoice(and staple) and the other for the envelope with the address. Possibly a robot to scan both items to match them and put the invoice in the envelope to be ready for mailing.

  15. Paid/recurring invoice email templates

    We've found there ideally should be multiple invoice templates available - especially paid vs unpaid invoices. Sometimes customers, especially business customers, may ask to be emailed an invoice for their records after they've paid in store, and then being hit by a 'Pay with PayPal!' button may make them complain. As well, with recurring invoices we know they're going to pay and we know how they'll pay, so we don't want to risk them going from a 0-cost bank transfer to costing us 2.7% in paypal fees because we invite them to.     I can't believe this is not already the case, but Marketr really needs to have a template feature. I understand that we can edit a message each time it is created, but that makes consistency difficult, and it just takes time. I would like to be able to at a minimum set the default message template to something customized, and have that template automatically generated each time I start a new mailing. Even better would be the ability to have a selection of templates for different type of mailings, like newsletters, marketing campaigns, etc.

  17. Improve Warranty Reporting and Destroy functions.

    There needs to be a way to run a report of upcoming warranty expiration, as well as destroy Expired warranties in bulk. I use this to manage who needs Antivirus renewals and send Marketr emails. I need to be able to quickly and efficeintly destroy warranties so customers do not continue to get AV expired after they have renewed.

    When I destroy a warranty either from a customer page or warranty list, it returns me to page 1 of warranty list and I must navigate back to the page... It is very time consuming. I would love to see a…

  18. Be able to select comma as seperator

    It would mean the world to us, if we could use comma as separator. So we can write 1.000,00 kr. which i think would be the normal way for all who uses the metric system for measurement.

    Also if you could localize the months, so we can make beautyfull single language invoices, estimates and so on :-) Right now months is spelled in English, the rest of the templates ans so, is translated or possible to translate.

  19. To Review 'Ticket Status by Tech' Report

    Report must show a true picture of the repair done for the day.

    Actually if a repair was booked on previous day or earlier days and technician fixed it today, system is failing to account this repair for the current day.

    Which means if I want to know how many repairs a particular technician made for the current day, I can not rely on 'Ticket Status by Tech' Report.

    Note that all completed jobs are being marked as 'Resolved'.

  20. Add Private Comment Log

    It would be helpful to be able to download a list of private comments similar to the way you can do that with outgoing messages. Having a separate report for private comments that could be exported to CSV with time stamp, employee who made the comment, update type, as well as the content of the message, would be very helpful.
