  1. Invoice Finalize

    It would be super helpful if we could have a "Finalize" button for invoices. Sometimes we have an invoice started and a client will login to the portal and see it and cut a check before we even emailed it to them. This is causing many frustrations for our clients, and in return our employees. If there was a way to finalize the invoice once it is completed, this will eliminate many headaches so that the employees cannot adjust a finalized invoice. (Very similar to the "worksheet" finalize process)

  2. Hold prepaid hours until payment has been received.

    Currently when we send out a invoice for a new block of retainer hours, the hours automatically get put into their page as soon as the invoice is created. We'd like it so that the hours don't get added until the invoice is paid and we can start using those prepaid hours.

  3. Add Estimate and Invoice emails to Ticket automatically

    The email integration with RepairShopr for sending emails to clients and receiving replies right in RepairShopr is great. However, I find it confusing that the Estimate and Invoice emails that are sent from my company are not automatically added to the ticket as a comment. This had confused my staff and has caused us to send Estimates and Invoices several times. I notice that the emails are saved on the actual Estimate and Invoice. It appears to be a simple implementation. Hope to see this in action.

  4. Redirect to POS page after certain time

    It would be great if there was an option in the admin page that would allow redirecting after minutes from any other pages within RS to the POS page and then the timeout for switching users. We have multiple users in our shop that forget to switch user when they're done ringing up customers or taking in new customers so we can't keep track of who did what!

  5. POS Screen Status: Open (close) link is too small sometimes we click Adjustments by mistake

    The links at the bottom right of the screen need to be bigger. The Status: (Open) link is too small. It needs to be bigger so you don't accidentally click on the Adjustments link below it. Many times we have to make the screen bigger to make sure we don't click on the incorrect link.

  6. Create ticket for several contacts in a company

    Say a company has several machines that need to have some software installed. The contacts within a company have different schedules, so coordination needs to be handled separately for each. From the ticket creation screen, it would be good to be able to tick off the contacts that need the software, then a separate identical ticket would be created for each.

  7. Color Code Tech Accounts

    Our techs are constantly entering notes on a ticket logged into another techs account. I would like to have the account color coded in some way so that at a glance the tech would realize that they are not logged into the correct account and would know to switch to their account when entering notes on a ticket. A color code system would be a quick and easy way to prevent this.

  9. Global Admin discrete / incognito mode ( to hide business info form plain view)

    As the CEO I need to be a Global admin to manage the business side of things but I also often go into the shop and cover the front desk or whatever needs to be done. The Job of the CEO is to do whatever it takes right..

    The problem I encounter is all the extra data that is viewable on my screens, like revenue over the last 30, 60, 90 days etc.

    It would be nice to have a simple button to click that could toggle all that extra visible stuff on and off so we could be logged…

  10. Balance Open / Total Invoiced

    We use a second monitor for the customer to see the POS screen. When to pull up their invoice though on their account it shows open balance and Total invoiced. Some of the customers send employees to pick up the machines that they do not want to see how much they have spent with us. I suggest that there should be a security setting that you can select to disable that on the customer's page for a particular user.

  11. Allow the customization of the customer fields to be added in the POS Module.

    Currently there is provision to add a customer on the fly in the POS modal. Details Here: http://feedback.repairshopr.com/forums/165658-general/suggestions/10893585-pos-add-customer

    We rarely use this as it creates poor quality data, we like to capture the referral source for every customer. So I would like to suggest you can customize the customer fields to be added on the fly in the POS Module.

    Other users may wish to capture more info on the fly like addresses. The big one for us is referral source.

  13. Ticket invoicing multiple times ?

    Is there a way to stop the ability of being able to invoice a single ticket more then once. Sometimes if hit by accident we will have multiple invoice for one ticket. If there is a benefit to that I understand and please share.

  14. Customer List Zip Code Range

    Would be useful to be able to specific a range of zip codes for a customer list. This could then be used to run a marketr campaign targeting a geographic area.

  15. Update the video on importing customer data/info to match the current website.

    The current video on importing customer databases/info does not quite match the current website. While it is a decent video it would be nice for a more streamlined and up-to-date video to be posted.
    (Just imported customer data files, which is why I am thinking of it)

  17. Integration with Splashtop Remote Support Software

    Really liking the Splashtop interface and seems to fit well for many MSPs or Breakfix Shops.

    Currently migrating to them as we speak and would love an integration to start a session similar to Teamviewer in RepairShopr

  19. Add Filters in Payments Report / Transaction History

    Like other modules, it would be very helpful to filter payments by: Date Range, Payment Method, Tech Name, and Amount.

  20. Customer Purchase needs creators login

    When looking at a Customer Purchase there is no information on the person that created the customer purchase. Would it be possible to add that as a log similar to the tickets.
