  1. Make possible to re-arrange Assets fields in drop-down

    At the moment new items in the Assets fields drop-down gets at the bottom of the list, but we don't always want the new items to be at the bottom, some times at the top and some times in another position in middle of the list. It would be great to be able to re-arrange the drop-down list in the Assets fields :)

  2. Add non stocked inventory item attribute to inventory items.

    Labor and other items that are not stocked items should be have the ability to be classified as non stocked.

  3. Red "New Customer Contact" Badge for Estimates, Tickets Tabs

    Take the red badge that marks new leads and add it to the estimates and tickets tabs so you can see new customer activity in these areas. Add the Unread Replies box that shows at the top of customers to those areas as well.

  4. Add tab (like feedback tab) listing resently viewed screens

    I often am working on a ticket and need to order a product for a different customer, and than check status on another ticket, and perhaps create a ticket for another customer. I find myself jumping around in may different screens. It is than cumbersome to get back to the ticket I was working on. I would like a way to have a recent viewed screens to quickly get back to what I was originally working on.

  5. Schedule Quickbooks synch

    The Quickbooks Synch works good, too good sometimes. When someone posts an invoice as a Credit Card transaction, but then we to fix it to reflect check or cash a few minutes later or hours later, it shows up in QBO as Credit Card and does not change. When doing a deposit, we have to manually change them, again. It would be good to be able to have the option of only sending to QBO on a schedule or once a day.

  6. Make invoice inventory items linkable

    Hello,

    I would love it if I was able to click the items I have added to an invoice/estimate and it directs me straight to the item in inventory.

  7. Integration with Caller ID

    Have caller ID bring up a customer account page.
    - Maybe a pop-up to continue to page in case you are into something else, like intake form or invoice.
    - Pop-up to prompt for a new account for unknown numbers
    - Option to block any prompts for known numbers that are not a customer.

  8. Send receipt for payment on automatic triggered mailing

    Send automatic mailing 1-2 days after payment form has been completed - thanks for payment, follow us on social media, contact details etc. Can we automatically attach the receipt for the payment to the auto email?

  9. Present List of Open Tickets in Date Order & Allow Sorting Options

    After using the API to create a Customer Profile URL, we noticed that the list of open tickets are appearing in order by ticket number as opposed to date. Could you please make it so that tickets are displayed in date order with either the most recent on top or a toggle that allows us to switch back and forth? Could you add a setting that could be appended to the URL or included in the call that would set the default for our user?

  12. Add a checkbox for "Ordered" and "Received" on "Editing item" Parts page

    Add a preference to the Parts section that would allow the date fields for "Ordered" and "Received" to be checkboxes instead. Ideally, the checkboxes would record when they were checked with a timestamp. This would allow the person ordering parts to quickly update the status. We never update the status because the date fields are too clunky - however, I recognize that they are probably useful for some shops, so not asking for a replacement - simply an additional preference.

  13. Amend the pre-diagnosis further, so that no email is issued at all

    We have a lot of tickets where diagnosis is an irrelevance (ie. for the supply of goods/services). Being able to now tick as pre-diagnosed is great - thank you - but we get an email saying a hidden comment was added to say it was pre-diagnosed. The change you've made is welcome, but we don't want the email. Or should there be a "diagnosis not required?", which isn't quite the same thing after all.

  14. Make ScreenConnect integration clearer

    Similar to MaxFocus integration issue. With the Screenconnect integration it's more obvious that it's an example (myshop) so that's less confusing, but it implies that you have to have a long url with subdirectories to an extension which isn't all visible in the text box. Going to the FAQ for more information it's shown you don't need any such long url, just the basic domain without even a slash.

  15. Make MaxFocus integration clearer

    Setting up MaxFocus integration the API host looks like it's filled in but it's not, causing the token validation to fail (doesn't say the host is missing/bad). After a few failed attempts I realized that it was only an example text (very slightly less dark than actual text in a field). I'd suggest actually either prefilling the field or not having the example text.

  16. Add customer's name next to ticket number on TICKET GETTING STALE email.

    friendly reminder, tickets need a diagnosis comment to update the workflow and change the status from pink.

    Make a ticket comment with the subject "Diagnosis" for these tickets.

    4211 - Customer Name 1 - Laptop won't boot. Died while using system.
    4213 - Customer Name 2 - Laptop not charging

  17. pre-diagnosed & pre-approved missing in certain areas

    The pre-diagnosed and pre-approved options only both show up on the new ticket form. The check and device widget are missing one of them as well as showing in the ticket profile under the customer.

  19. "Add Manual Item" Checkbox for Inventory

    On an Invoice or Estimate you already have an "Add Manual Item" area. I think it would be great to add a check-box to that area. When this check-box is checked it would add the item to Inventory when the item is added to the invoice, then clearing the check-box for the next manual item. This would help a lot if you sale an item for the first time that you feel like you will sale again.

  20. Add a "Pay All" option to Paypal

    Currently if a customer clicks the Paypal button on an emailed invoice it only gives them the option of paying for that specific invoice. A few of my customers are confused and think that it pays all open invoices. Can we add a feature that allows for this so the customer only has to go through the payment process once when using Paypal?
