    We are using Insightly for tracking project and tasks along with leads. Insightly integrates easily with almost everything else we use. Many of which also intergrate with Repairshopr.

  2. Different Pricing for the same item

    I Would like to have the ablity to have different pricing for the same item. My company has multiple stores in different states. Not every store has the same price for the chargers.

  5. Add pending charge without ticket

    I invoice my clients on a monthly basis (thank you for scheduled invoices!). Throughout the month I create tickets and add pending charges, and at the beginning of every month an invoice is created that pulls in those charges.

    Sometimes however I'll have an event that doesn't really justify making a whole ticket. For example, I answer a phone call that takes long enough to justify billing for the call, but was still resolved during the call with no further follow up necessary. Or perhaps it will be a hardware order or some kind of reimbursement that I want to…

  6. Multiple tickets to be timed

    Many of us work on more than one computer at a time. With only having one timer running, we have no way to accurately track time spent on a repair. This is not only important for invoicing, but also so we can track average time for repair type, to help us better estimate costs of repairs. I am really surprised this would be something we have to vote on.

  7. Make it possible to have your own PO#s.

    It would be nice to be able to set your own PO#s. For example, if we manually enter the first one as 1000, it would be great if it would automatically go on from there instead of that long letter-number one that's in there. We would love it if you could change that! :) It would be very helpful.

    Is it possible to introduce a method of blocking off whole days (or a time period) in Appointment Booking Module. Currently, to block off days we have to book each tech off for the day. If we were both away for a 1 week holiday it would mean blocking off 14 individual days, not only time consuming but really messy.

    This idea is really the “in between” of Inventory (parts you regularly keep in stock/track) and Logistics (parts that you special order on demand). It’s perfect for all the miscellaneous parts/accessories/components you have on hand (and want to sell), but never plan to keep a regular stock of. You want to have them in the RS system for sale, but you don’t want them mixed up with regular inventory you keep a steady stock of.   10. Multiple note categories

    when leaving notes on a ticket, maybe having a optional second category for example.
    a diagnosis (the computer has this issue) but the customer may have already said they dont want it done if thats the case, you would mark it as complete.
    being able to mark a note as 2 different type of notes would only save a small amount of time however would make life slightly easier.

  11. improved calendar / booking integration

    really would like to see more features with Calendar/Bookings... I would prefer it to be my total go-to calendar that I can do all entry (my calendar, as well as customer bookings) and it be SYNCED & Shared amongst my clients and the various Apps (outlook, Google)...

  12. "Set to Default" Filter Options for Invoice Screen

    On the Invoices screen there is a filter option to only show invoices that have received payment, not received payment, etc.. Id like to see a way to save this filter regardless of the selections you make. This way the filter doesn't have to be reset each time you refresh the page. Im using this the hide all of the paid invoices, so that they don't clutter the window. Thanks

  14. allow same email to be on more than one account.

    We have multiple customers (commercial, parents, et al) that utilize the same email. Without this ability, we cannot send documentation to our customers. Allow the same email. If you'd like, add a prompt to confirm the same email for checks and balances.

  15. Time Clock Bug Fix

    I would really like it if when I clicked in a date field in most areas of repair shopper (time clock as a major example) that the date that WAS in the field wouldn't get automatically replaced with today's date. The date needs to stay the same as it was, after clicking in the field.

    I typically have to make at last 10 adjustments to clock-in times every pay period. Perhaps I have employees that are particularly forgetful, but short of them getting better at clocking in, it would make my job much easier if I could just slide the…

    It would be great to break down the aging report further into subtotals for each aging category such as current, 1-30 days, 31-60 days, etc.. and then show a total for all aging invoices.

  19. Resolving tickets and invoicing report

    Is it possible to have the ability - maybe an area in the account configuration that can be turned on or off for those that do not wish to use it - that when a ticket is marked as completed in the comments (either by customer or hidden), the ticket is automatically marked as Resolved.

    We would also like to request an additional basic report to be available in the Invoicing area that shows all tickets marked as Resolved, along with the charges applicable. These should then be tickets that are ready for invoicing. It would be of use to…

  20. Make possible to re-arrange Assets fields in drop-down

    At the moment new items in the Assets fields drop-down gets at the bottom of the list, but we don't always want the new items to be at the bottom, some times at the top and some times in another position in middle of the list. It would be great to be able to re-arrange the drop-down list in the Assets fields :)
