  1. Weight, Manufacturer Part Number fields for inventory items.

    I think inventory items should have proper weight and manufacturer part number fields (not through custom fields) especially now you have woo commerce integration. We have a script on our current Magento site that needs to MPN to display custom content.

  2. Inventory (show whats in stock on invoice/ticket)

    Hello,

    Is there a way to to have a parts that is entered into a ticket or invoice to show inventory in stock count? for example: when we are out mobile and type a particular spark plug into the search to add it, it is very difficult to figure out what one is in stock that can be sold. do to the fact that I have a few different vendors with the same spark plug types (cr7hsa). Adding this simple function would help in a major way

  4. Singable appointment tickets

    It would be great if we can in-take style form/job sheet that customers can sign (in an mobile device) while at appointments to confirm that work had been completed.

  5. option to change the default display on ticket screen

    in ticket search at the top it hides resolved by default but it would be good if we could change the default, so i can set all my repair complete jobs to 'complete awaiting pickup' but their not resolved, cos i want to still track what repairs i actually have still in the shop, incase things get stoled or we get robbed. Cos if all my complete and picked up jobs are marked as resolved, i have no idea of whats actually left the shop yet.

  6. Ticket "Flag" or "Pop Up" Warning/Critical Notice

    Sometimes there may be a critical item that you may need to remember in a ticket. Since we have a sales, admin and tech side all looking at the system sometimes details can be overlooked. If there is something critical like "credit card dispute" or "does not like being called sir" that anyone dealing with the ticket may need to know a "pop up" or highlighted section that jumps out may be nice. Since we have a prepay policy and sometimes a corporate customer does not have to do so, if we have done business before, this would be helpful…

    I know these examples make sense for the Ticket, but just so you are aware you can work around this by adding a popup like this to the customer (it will affect all their tickets):

    Setup a custom field type “popup” on customers, then on a customer you can add a note and it’ll popup once per browser session to remind you – even when just viewing a ticket.

  8. New appointment feature

    Please look into adding a feature where I can schedule a meeting appointment with several individuals from a single client organization. Maybe a drop down that shows my client organizations and another drop down where I can select the names of the client meeting attendees. This would also allow the attendees to add the appointment to their calendars. Thank you!

  9. Ability to add manually added item to inventory at time of creation

    many pos systems offer this feature as time saver. Instead of having to perform inventory operation twice; a rough draft of the inventory item can be optionally created from the point of manual add at the invoice/register level. This would obviously need to be limited by role so that only an authorized employee can opt to add to inventory.

    creating this feature saves time and becomes a huge productivity booster. One key boost in productivity is more accurate inventory as it removes the Ill do it later, after which, later never comes.

    Additionally, this can be made even more versatile…

  10. Export "my RepairShopr" with shop settings

    I am using the demo for a while now and decided the platform is ideal for my shop's workflow. In the past days I've made several customizations, modifications and new worksheets, templates and so forth.

    It would be good to have a way to backup only the custom settings, configuration and templates without the need for a full backup.

  11. Watchman Monitoring date and time of alert

    It would be very helpful if a column could be added to display the date and time of a Watchman Monitoring alert, in addition to the existing columns of Customer, Computer Name, Check Type, Failure Description, and Batch. I'm sure this data must already exist on the back end but simply isn't displayed. Thank you.

  13. Vantiv CC Identification

    Vantiv does not show the last 4 numbers on cards in stored credit card list. This can be problematic if a customer wants to charge something to a specific card on file if they have more than one on file. Need to show the last for or be able to name the cards.

  14. Add "Sort By" and "Group By" options to reporting

    Id like to see a "sort by" and "group by" option added to all of the reporting workflow. Sure we can export this stuff into excel and sort it, but the format changes and it takes forever. This should be done at the time of generating the report, no matter which report it is. For Example: I need a report of the amount of money all my clients has spent with me over the course of a year, I'd want it sorted by Gross sale, highest to lowest, and grouped by a custom field in the customer record.(i have a…

  15. Appointment Summary/title

    When i create an appointment from the ticket creation form, can the appointment title/summary on the calender view be altered?
    The little icon on the calender shows the customer name and surname, the company and then the ticket title. The ticket title has the info i need to identify the appointment.
    My calendar vie basically shows me a whole lot of names unless i highlight each one individually.
    makes it useless when over viewing the day or week's schedule.

  16. It would be great if we had the ability to create an invoice directly from a calendar appointment.

    I have technicians that go onsite and it would be great if they could just open the calendar appointment and be able to write an invoice and take payment from the appointment which already has all the customer information.

  17. Customize Dashboard

    Domo integration should help me as a CEO, but I use the dashboard for my techs.

    I would like to be able to have the top info off and add colored stripe for the tech who had the last contact with the ticket. With this change my floor people could answer the easy questions faster, and pass calls to the correct tech faster.

  19. monthly fee in local currency

    I am one of your Australian customers.
    If you folks could do your billing in local currency it would help...
    I currently must spend an extra $60/year in bank fees because the billing is in US dollars...

  20. When searching for an imei, search customer purchases, all invoices, all tickets, and anywhere else it might show up

    If a device is not set as instock, but I want to look for an IMEI, show me where that device sits in the system.
